
Michael is the owner of Windermere Real Estate/RNT, and has held his real estate license since 1998. He is the CEO of the Michael Lai Foundation, which actively supports the Windermere Foundation, Help the Hunger (SE Asia) and the Kids without Borders program.
He has completed over 750 transactions in his career with over 55 investment transactions and has three years of property insurance adjustment experience.
Michael is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Commercial Broker Association, the Master Builder Association, the Rental Housing Association of Puget Sound, the Greater Seattle Chamber of Commerce and a Certified Commercial Investment Member.
Sam joined USASIA July 2008. Prior to that, Sam was the President/CEO of CMG Commercial Contracting, Inc; VP/GM of Casco Development.
Sam has over 31 years of managerial and technical experience in the construction field. Since the beginning of his career, he progressed from carpenter to Superintendent, then from Project Manager to Director of Operations and Director of Marketing.
His projects include commercial buildings, retail shopping centers, office buildings, restaurants, and schools, institutional and multi-family projects.
He attended East Texas State University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in physics and was a Captain in the United States Marine Corps wherein he saw two tours of duty in the Republic of Vietnam as a helicopter pilot.
Jack has been in private practice since 1981.
He represents large and small businesses in a variety of corporate and commercial law matters, with an emphasis in securities law. He is a graduate of the Seattle University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Washington.
He was formerly staff counsel for the Washington State Securities Division, and has served as securities and/or general counsel for a number of companies.
Sam has assisted hundreds of clients in conducting over $500 million in securities offerings during his career. Clients include Tully's Coffee Corporation, Hoy Management and Investment, Inc., Pacific West Investment Co. and Seattle Funding Group Ltd.

Don founded Marpac in 1995 and is an integral part of the customer service based management team today.

Don's knowledge of construction issues in performance standards of subcontractors and vendors, critical path scheduling, building codes, and material properties enables it to provide excellent leadership in the USASIA project team.

Steven has extensive professional experience in many realms of real estate including advising, negotiating, expansion and training. During his early years in the industry he was tasked with hiring and training 23 salespersons within two years in all specialties, including industrial, office and retail sales and leasing, and income property sales.
Steven was born in Seattle and is currently a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
